I think it would strengthen the economy of South Dakota if we created a bullet train across the state of South Dakota. Imagine if you could hop on the train in Madison and end up in Pierre or Sturgis a few hours later? South Dakota offers perfect flat plains for development along with unused lines that could be upgraded for a low cost. Public infrastructure projects like a bullet train could boost our economy not only through quick transportation of agricultural goods but also increase the number of visitors to our state by offering trips displaying the beautiful scenery of our grasslands, badlands, and black hills.
